Team Check-In Requirements

  • Online Registration: all forms must be uploaded in Got Soccer no later than November 15, 2017!
    1. Official State or US Club Fall Roster (signed by Coach & Registrar)
    2. Guest Player Releases (if any)
    3. Medical Releases (Each player)
    4. Permission to Travel - (Non North Texas Teams Only)
    5. ID Cards – (US Club and Non North Texas Teams Only) - Bring cards to checkin.

     
  • Team Check-In at Cox Complex:
    All teams are required to check-in prior to their first game at the Thanksgiving Showcase headquarters tent at Cox Complex.
    1. Please bring USYSA Travel Cards or USClub Player Cards with you to check-in.

    2. Pick up: Team complimentary t-shirts, Adidas game ball, any last minute news/changes.
